Exhibiting Guide Lines :

  1. There will be Competition under various categories, Conifers, Fruiting, Tropical plants etc.
  2. Plants will be given appropriate space according to the overall design display.
  3. Photographs of individual Bonsai need to be sent to Bonsai Namaste along with details of each:
    1. Species of Bonsai
    2. Owner of the tree
    3. Years in training with the owner
    4. Height, Width and Depth of Bonsai Tree, Pot and Stand
    5. Accent plant if displayed
  4. Closing date for participating is January 31st 2018. Photographs received after this will not be entertained. Enthusiasts whose bonsai are selected will be informed by February 5th 2018
  5. The Bonsai trees will be displayed strictly in accordance with rules governed by international standards. (for Eg. 3 feet of space will have only one large bonsai and a small accent plant)
  6. Only the bonsai selected by the Bonsai Namaste Committee for display will be displayed. No Scrolls will be allowed to be displayed
  7. It is advisable to send 20 entries so an optimal selection may be made. Display will be selected based on the Bonsai Namaste Selection committee’s decision
  8. Only ONE Bonsai tree will be selected and displayed per registered participant
